John Kaufmann
John Kaufmann is an actor, writer and improv artist who grew up in Iowa. After moving to Bar Harbor, ME, John and his sister founded The Unusual Cabaret. His adaptations include Aristophanes' The Birds and Ben Jonson's The Alchemist. Since arriving in Seattle, John has performed with Jet City Improv, The Village Theatre and played misguided crooner Tony Polar in Empty Space's Valley of the Dolls. Most recently, John developed Line One, a show where all the actors’ lines come to them through the earpieces of their cell phones.
