
Bianca Cabrera has been performing nationally since 2003 with Lingo Dance, a Seattle-based contemporary performance ensemble.
Cabrera has been a guest instructor of modern, hip hop, jazz and contemporary partnering dance at the University of Montana, San Diego Sate University, St. Olaf College, Reed College, Kenyon College, Oberlin College, Cornish and Velocity Dance Center. Her choreography has been presented in numerous venues including Oberlin College, Annex Theater, Cornish, and SFDI. She stars in the dance film “Parts Don’t Work,” due out in late 2009.
Cabrera began her training in ballet and Graham Technique in 1995 at the Chicago Academy for the Arts. She continued training at the Alvin Ailey School and the Martha Graham Center and earned a BFA in dance at Cornish College of the Arts.
Currently, Cabrera lives in Boulder, CO, where she teaches hip hop and jazz.
